**Key Responsibilities:**

* Interact with customers in a kind, professional, and empathetic manner, building rapport and trust
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, supporting each other in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Maintain a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring the safety and well-being of customers and colleagues

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Minimum of 18 years old
* Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
* Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures
* Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and varying shifts
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
