**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
* Utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
* Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner
* Lifting and handling bags weighing up to 75 pounds
* Working a variety of shifts, including irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays
* Participating in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Collaborating with your team to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* To be at least 18 years old
* A high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
* The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
* Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
* The ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
