**Responsibilities**
As an Airport Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing assistance with their travel needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up and resolving issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items
* Utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
* Handling customer interactions with class, professionalism, and efficiency, providing solutions to their concerns
* Performing other related duties as assigned, utilizing your skills and experience to contribute to the team's success
* Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly, and repetitively lifting weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
**Basic Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:
* Be a local (in-state) resident
* Hold a High School diploma or GED
* Possess a valid In-State Driver's License
* Pass a pre-employment drug screen
* Pass up to a 10-year background check
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
* Complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
* Be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs
* Be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:
* Previous customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent communication skills
* Familiarity with computer software and technology

**Schedule**
