**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - arenaflex Agent Team Member, your key responsibilities will include:

* **Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information**: Respond to customer inquiries, provide policy information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
