**Job Summary**
As the face of our customer, you'll be interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs. You'll be the professional in the airport who crafts meaningful connections, encourages a welcoming environment, and ensures that every customer feels valued, respected, and supported. Your duties will include:
* **Interacting with Customers**: Interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner is key to crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention.
* **Problem-Solving**: Stepping up and addressing customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even when we've inconvenienced a customer.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Minimum Age**: You must be at least 18 years old.
* **Technical Skills**: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
* **Physical Ability**: Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
* **Airport Requirements**: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
* **Work Authorization**: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
* **Attendance and Uniform Standards**: Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
