**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting applications and proprietary systems via phone and chat, providing technical support to up to 2 clients simultaneously
• Documenting tickets clearly for 2nd line teams to resolve, ensuring seamless handovers and efficient issue resolution
• Participating in in-house technical training, backed up by real-time support from peers and subject matter experts
• Collaborating with global partners to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Prioritizing workload and multitasking to meet performance targets and goals, while maintaining focus on all areas of responsibility
• Consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals correlated with customer service and call/chat handling

**What We’re Looking For**

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative with:

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Banking and Finance industry
• Excellent client care and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask
• Ability to work well in a team environment, building relationships with global partners and colleagues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and continuously learn and grow

**Essential Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Banking and Finance industry
• Excellent client care and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask
• Ability to work well in a team environment, building relationships with global partners and colleagues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with chat channels and technology call centers
• Knowledge of proprietary systems and applications
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CSM, CRM)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
