**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative on our Behavioral Health team, you will be responsible for:

* Engaging with members to understand their health needs and providing personalized support
* Reviewing member claim history for accuracy and resolving any discrepancies
* Explaining member rights and responsibilities, ensuring they are informed and empowered
* Building trusting relationships with members, fostering a positive and supportive experience
* Performing financial data maintenance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Preferred: Previous experience in behavioral health, medical, or insurance industry
* High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
