**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Orange, CA. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Maintaining, building, and creating strong relationships with our customers through exceptional service and communication
* Responding to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to customers
* Processing orders and performing any necessary follow-up or call-backs to ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on arenaflex's products and specials to provide expert advice to customers
* Interacting and assisting outside sales representatives with customer requests and inquiries
* Maintaining our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Providing excellent customer service to walk-in customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
* Assisting customers in placing their orders by providing product knowledge and expert advice
* Understanding and learning arenaflex's internal processes to provide seamless support to customers
* Receiving and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
* Processing online quotations and orders to ensure accurate and efficient service
* Helping create driver route sheets to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
* Completing all other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
* Ability to type 50+ WPM and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work every other Saturday, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

* Experience working in a call center or retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, with a focus on providing expert advice to customers
* Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information
* Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
