**Responsibilities and Duties**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Maximizing client satisfaction and customer acquisition through daily interactions with interested consumers, educating them on product offerings and conducting follow-ups to ensure that policies are responsive to consumer needs.
* Providing excellent customer service representing our firm and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in all interactions with existing and potential customers.
* Proactively delivering customer service and sales support for all assigned leads.
* Interacting directly with customers in a friendly manner and educating them on available products and promotions specific to that market.
* Ensuring confidentiality and security of consumer data in sales transactions.
* Building strong relationships with team members, superiors, clients, and consumers.
* Attending regular meetings and conferences for continuous improvement and education.
* Following all CDC and client compliance guidelines when interacting with clients and community members to ensure safety for all.

**Customer Service Representative Core Responsibilities**

**Customer Service Representative Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 1-2 years client management and/or customer service with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
* Must be open to receiving teaching and training to understand the role fully
* Must be a team player and possess an upbeat, positive attitude to complement our team environment and culture
* Must be flexible with schedules including weekends and evenings on occasion

**Essential Skills and Competencies**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer service and sales skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with team members, superiors, clients, and consumers

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Experience in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of success
* Certification in customer service or sales
* Fluency in multiple languages

* Competitive salary range: $44,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
