Job Overview

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. As a product expert, you'll be responsible for executing account servicing and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating new members, sales, customer experience, peer coaching, and regulatory compliance. With a strong focus on world-class customer service, you'll ensure that every guest has a pleasant and productive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Proactively greet customers and present them with the opportunity to become a CLUB Member or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience
  • Execute all blithequark CLUB operational and compliance programs, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features and benefits
  • Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and promotions, making recommendations to customers as needed
  • Help meet metric goals and objectives for self and store, contributing to the overall success of the team
  • Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized
  • Provide full CLUB Member experience, including service processes such as processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications
  • Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner, using data to inform decisions and drive results
  • Offer peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture
  • Provide service to all areas of the store based on business need, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Experience in a customer service environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
