**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Assisting customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
* Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
* Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Analyzing customer feedback and providing suggestions for improvement.
* Conducting outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* High School Diploma required
* 3-5 years of administrative assistant/customer service-related experience
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of SAP and Shopify is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Outbound calling experience is a plus

**Shifts and Scheduling**

Shifts are available from Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. You'll have the flexibility to choose the shifts that suit your schedule and work style.

**Pay Details**

* Hourly rate: $19 - $22 per hour
