**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
* Collaborating with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to continuously improve our services
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meeting and exceeding performance targets and metrics
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
* An understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
* Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and the ability to learn new software
* Good communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers
* Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
* A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability, thoroughness, and a commitment to completing tasks
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Work experience in a call center environment
* Good conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations and find mutually beneficial solutions
**Schedule**
We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
* Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
* Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
