**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Entering customer and account data from source documents into the arenaflex computer system within time limits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Compiling, verifying, and sorting data for processing, reviewing and correcting any errors or deficiencies in the data.
* Ensuring the output is accurate and consistent, meeting high standards of quality and attention to detail.
* Collaborating with the team to resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing exceptional service and support.
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
