As a Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for processing crash data submitted by law enforcement agencies, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Your primary duties will include:

* Processing crash data submitted by law enforcement agencies, including reviewing and verifying the accuracy of the data
* Entering data into our database system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless data entry and processing
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

**Required Skills**
