**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative on our Debit Card Support team, you'll be responsible for:

* Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support
* Following established communication "scripts" when handling different topics, ensuring consistency and accuracy in our customer interactions
* Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs
* Accessing company and client resources provided to accurately handle calls and resolve customer issues
* Seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise, providing customers with relevant and valuable offers
* Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
* Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, being available at your desk and ready to serve our customers
* Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions, providing a exceptional experience that exceeds our customers' expectations
* Cross-training as requested, expanding your skills and knowledge to better support our customers and team

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Previous customer service or customer support experience, preferably in a call center or office environment (1 year minimum)
* Basic computer skills, including typing and navigation of software systems
* The ability to work independently, think critically, and make sound decisions
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening and problem-solving abilities
* The ability to type 35 words per minute accurately and efficiently
* A quick learning curve, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
* A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Must be at least 18 years of age
