**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Overseeing key daily Customer Service tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer service and order processing duties
* Managing Order Entry, Invoicing, and Timely Order Delivery processes
* Building strong and cohesive relationships with customers, promoting teamwork and collaboration
* Serving as an escalation resource for customer complaint and order issue investigations and resolutions
* Ensuring consistent and timely availability of requested daily activity/sales reports
* Developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of EDI portals and other order processing/handling tools
* Remaining knowledgeable and up-to-date on product changes and developments
* Continually building good customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Performing other duties as assigned by the manager

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A solid work ethic and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* An approachable, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and EDI processes and portal tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* 1+ years' of customer service experience

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
