**Job Responsibilities**

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Overseeing key daily customer service tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer service and order processing duties
* Processing orders efficiently and accurately, including order entry, invoicing, and timely order delivery
* Building strong and cohesive relationships with customers, promoting teamwork and collaboration within the team
* Serving as an escalation resource for customer complaint and order issue investigations and resolutions
* Ensuring consistent and timely availability of requested daily activity/sales reports
* Developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of EDI portals and other order processing/handling tools
* Staying up-to-date on product changes and developments, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service
* Continually building good customer relations, fostering a culture of loyalty and advocacy
* Performing other duties as assigned by the manager, contributing to the growth and success of the team

**Requirements**
