**Responsibilities**

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, using your expertise and knowledge to resolve issues efficiently
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, using the right methods and tools to ensure their needs are met
* Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
* Accurately entering customer orders and maintaining accurate records
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our customer interactions
* Taking the extra mile to engage customers by making outbound calls to existing customers, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services

**Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
* Data entry skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, with a focus on empathy and understanding
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving
