**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, chat, or social media
* Communicating with customers through various channels, including but not limited to:
+ Phone
+ Email

+ Social media
+ In-person (at our offices or at customer locations)
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and provide expert advice
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help us continuously improve
* Managing a team of junior customer service representatives (in the future)

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed as an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including but not limited to:
