**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* **Providing Superior Service**: Receive in-bound calls from customers and provide exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.
* **Listening and Problem-Solving**: Listen to customers' concerns, solve problems, answer questions, and work with them to find a resolution while showing empathy.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Prior Experience**: 0-3 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills are essential, as well as great communication skills and a love for talking to people.
* **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail is required, as well as the ability to think outside the box to resolve problems.
* **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment is essential.

**Working Conditions and Physical Requirements**

This is a full-time job that requires:

* **General Office Demands**: Working in a general office environment with moderate physical demands.

* **Training**: Completion of Assurant's comprehensive training program is required to equip you with the tools and knowledge to meet our customers' needs.

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive pay range of $14.04-$21.76, depending on your background, experience, and work location. Additionally, we provide:

* **Tuition Reimbursement**: Tuition reimbursement is available after 6 months, up to $5000 annually.
