**Your Role at arenaflex**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, instant chat, social media, and in-person interactions. Your duties will include:

* Helping customers with any questions or issues they may have
* Making modifications to their accounts and purchases in our Content Management System (CMS)
* Answering customer phone calls, emails, instant chats, social media queries, and keeping the conversation friendly, but focused and on-track
* Performing some administrative duties to support the team

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, instant chat, social media, and in-person interactions
* Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
* Make modifications to customer accounts and purchases in our CMS
* Perform administrative duties to support the team
* Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 3 years of experience in customer service
* A bright, upbeat personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Experience with email ticketing systems, such as Gorgias
* Experience with Shopify
* Comfortable working on a computer (Mac)
* Comfortable providing phone support
* Extremely organized with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
* Proven track record of delivering fast, efficient customer care with high customer satisfaction ratings

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
* Experience with creating and maintaining knowledge bases

**Schedule:**

* 8-hour shifts
* Monday to Friday
* Rotating Saturday Shift & Rotating Friday Off
