**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support
* Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering process with ease
* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

**Location and Hours**
This position is based in Duncanville, TX, with a training shift from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. After training, your shift will be Monday to Friday, with various shifts available.
