**Job Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our extensive range of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
* Providing accurate and timely information to customers on product pricing, shipping, and availability
