**Position Overview**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.

**Qualifications**
