**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

* **Become an expert on arenaflex's services, pricing, and proposals**: You will be expected to have a deep understanding of our services, pricing, and proposals, and be able to communicate this information to our customers in a clear and concise manner.
* **Always work as a positive team member**: You will be part of a high-performing team, and you will be expected to work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.
* **Be flexible when needed to assist a fellow team member**: We are a dynamic and fast-paced organization, and you will be expected to be flexible and adaptable in order to meet the needs of our customers and our team.
* **Cross Train on various accounts**: You will be expected to be able to handle a variety of customer accounts, and to be able to provide exceptional service to each and every one of them.
* **Maintain efficient notes on all customer calls**: You will be expected to maintain accurate and efficient notes on all customer calls, in order to ensure that we are able to provide the best possible service to our customers.
* **Respond to customers in a timely fashion**: You will be expected to respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, in order to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
* **Always remember to provide satisfactory responses to customer inquiries and problems**: You will be expected to provide exceptional service to our customers, and to ensure that their inquiries and problems are resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner.
* **Investigate successful treatment plans for repeated customer problems by reviewing problem accounts with field managers**: You will be expected to work closely with our field managers to investigate and resolve repeated customer problems, and to develop successful treatment plans that meet the needs of our customers.
* **Regularly research and follow-up on customer services, especially but not limited to, unidentified insect service calls, repeat service calls relating to any pest, general problem accounts, etc.**: You will be expected to regularly research and follow-up on customer services, in order to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
* **All follow-up calls must occur before the end of the business day**: You will be expected to make follow-up calls to our customers in a timely manner, in order to ensure that their inquiries and problems are resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner.
* **Inquire why customers are canceling and attempt to save the relationship**: You will be expected to work closely with our customers to understand why they are canceling, and to attempt to save the relationship by providing exceptional service and support.

**Experience**

We are looking for a highly experienced Customer Service Representative who has a minimum of 10 years' experience in a high-level customer service, administrative or office assistant role. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, and will be able to communicate effectively with our customers in a clear and concise manner.

* **Must have the ability to navigate computer systems**: You will be expected to be able to navigate our computer systems, in order to effectively communicate with our customers and our team.
* **Must be a quick learner in the event of a systems or process change/update**: You will be expected to be a quick learner, and to be able to adapt to changes in our systems and processes.
* **Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint**: You will be expected to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, in order to effectively communicate with our customers and our team.
* **Bi-lingual (Spanish & English) is a plus**: While not required, bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus, and will be considered an asset in this role.
