**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, handling orders, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Operate all equipment, including computers, telephones, and other machinery, to efficiently process orders and manage customer interactions
* Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers, ensuring that our inventory is always up-to-date and accurate
* Prepare products, including pizzas, sides, and beverages, to meet customer demands and quality standards
* Receive and process telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Clean equipment and facilities daily, maintaining a clean and safe work environment for our customers and team members
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience
**Training and Development:**
* Receive comprehensive training and orientation on the job, including product knowledge, customer service skills, and equipment operation
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are always up-to-date on the latest products, services, and best practices
**Essential Functions and Skills:**
* Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, as well as communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
* Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders, with accuracy and efficiency
* Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator as needed
* Must be able to make correct monetary change and handle cash transactions accurately
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities, and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
**Work Conditions:**
* Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
* In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas, with sudden changes in temperature
* Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces/tools from over 500 degrees or higher
* Cramped quarters, including walk-in coolers, with limited space and movement
* Standing for most tasks, with walking surfaces including ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas
* Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48", with occasional reaching above 72" to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on signs, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves
* Frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists when shaping pizza dough, and frequent and/or forceful pinching when assembling cardboard pizza boxes
**Physical Demands:**
* Lifting bulk product deliveries, weighing up to 50 pounds, with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5', and stacking onto shelves up to 72" high
* Carrying large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, from the workstation to storage shelves, and occasionally carrying pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds from the storage room to the front of the store
* Pushing trays, which are placed on dollies, with a stack of trays on a dolly approximately 24"-30" and requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push
* Climbing stairs or navigating a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance, and occasionally navigating five or more flights of stairs during delivery of product
**Machine, Tools, Equipment, and Work Aids:**
* Utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel to perform tasks and responsibilities
