We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. **Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities**

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling when necessary
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience
* The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* The ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
* Experience with upselling and cross-selling
