We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chula Vista, CA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience. **Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Providing product information and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
