**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities**

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and address their concerns
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
