**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their concerns
* Utilizing multiple internal systems to access and research customer accounts and history, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers
* Evaluating customer concerns and independently determining reasonable resolutions using department guidelines, escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and concerns, adhering to department standards and guidelines
* Collaborating with colleagues to provide multi-level support to retail sales representatives, market leadership, and Customer Relations leadership
* Adapting quickly to changing priorities and needs, demonstrating a high level of critical thinking and discretion in resolving customer concerns

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong proficiency in various computer applications and software, including Salesforce, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

* A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
* Experience in a similar role at arenaflex or another organization
* Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
