**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on:

* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing sales price approvals and providing timely estimates to customers
* Assisting the Customer Service Supervisor with information and guidance as needed
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer queries
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback
* Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager and Supervisor to develop and implement customer service strategies
* Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
