Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing support to our customers via phone calls, chats, and emails. You will be the voice of arenaflex, working to build relationships with customers and helping them navigate various post-order issues such as shipping questions, damage, returns, exchanges, assembly service, and order notifications. Your goal will be to deliver a best-in-class experience that exceeds customer satisfaction and meets our high-performance bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate reliability and commitment to being present and on time for the entire shift each day
- Handle a large number of contacts, approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift, in a fast-paced and structured environment
- Meet our high-performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction and succeeding in meeting metrics for customer service excellence
- Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, actively listening to their concerns and using internal resources to find the best solution
- De-escalate customer care issues by balancing the client's needs with the company's capabilities while maintaining professional composure
- Troubleshoot customer problems using analytical thinking and autonomy to find the right solution
- Navigate multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer questions quickly and efficiently
- Identify areas of need for improvement and share leadership trends to help us continue to improve
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be over 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, and understand Spanish and English
- Have working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent
- Be able to pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the interview process
- Be available to attend 100% mandatory training
