**A Typical Day in arenaflex Support**

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, live chat, and email. Here's a glimpse into a typical day in arenaflex support:

* Be responsive and relentless in providing support to arenaflex customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
* Assist customers with training and how-to questions on system usage for arenaflex software through screen-shares, phone calls, discussion, and chat tools.

* Confirm that issues have been fixed and communicate the resolution back to the customer accordingly.
* Triage submitted requests and document them thoroughly to prepare for the next steps.
* Work with customers to understand their change requests and assist with documentation fact-finding to minimize the effort required for customers to use the system.

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

* Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.

* Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
* Proficiency with Google and Microsoft applications, including Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, and Gmail/Outlook.
