**Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues
* Helping customers with complaints and questions, providing product information, taking orders, and processing returns
* Communicating with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and chat
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Updating data such as inventory, dates, tracking, and new product information in our database
* Maintaining our website, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
* Collaborating with fellow team members to discuss issues, ideas, and best practices
* Participating in weekly meetings with vendors to discuss new product launches and stay up-to-date with competitors

**Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
* Shopify background preferred, but not required
* Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
* A friendly, outgoing personality, able to work with a team, clients, or individually
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel) and Google Suite
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
