**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Performing outbound telephone calls and/or other means of contact with healthcare provider offices to retrieve medical records via fax, mail, remote electronic medical record access, or by scheduling a visit at the provider location.
* Effectively communicating with team members and external providers to ensure adherence to challenging project timelines.
* Completing additional tasks as required to support the division.
* Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Customer Service Representatives Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of call center experience in the healthcare/medical field (desired).
* Strong ability to handle fast-paced training programs.
* Ability to type 40 WPM.
* Familiarity with medical terminology (a plus).
* Your own work equipment, including a PC/Laptop, mouse, and headset, to work 100% remotely.
* Proficiency in Google Chrome and ability to navigate through multiple tabs.
