**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via email and/or live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
* Ensuring all messages are answered within 24 hours
* Providing accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns
* Handling order issues, including cancellations, exchanges, and refunds
* Working with the internal team to resolve issues and improve customer experience
* Maintaining organized records of all customer interactions
* Ensuring a consistently positive and helpful customer service experience

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce setting
* Excellent written communication skills in English
* Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gmail, etc.
* Ability to multitask and resolve problems efficiently
* Dependability and availability to work during America time zones (EST)
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent time management and organizational skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
