**Job Description**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
* Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
* Operate all equipment, stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler
* Prepare products, receive and process telephone and internet orders
* Count inventory and complete paperwork
* Clean equipment and facility

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in the food service industry or a related field
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
