**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives, including meeting customer delivery promises and maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and productivity
* Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Work collaboratively with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
* Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
* Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
* Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
* Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
* Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
* Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
* Ability to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with data analysis and reporting
