**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, share knowledge, and improve processes
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed and expert advice to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on spelling, grammar, and punctuation
* Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns
* Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Clear, professional, and friendly voice, with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and chat
* Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Spanish/English bilingual or multilingual
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
* Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
