**Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and helpful information to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
* Utilize basic computer applications to access client information and resolve issues efficiently
* Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy, maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
**Key Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional voice
* Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to client needs
* Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy, maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy
* Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Availability to work evening and weekend shifts, including holidays (depending on scheduling needs)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Spanish/English Bilingual (a plus)
* Availability to work both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
* Experience in a call center or customer service environment (an asset)
