**Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting customers inside and outside our facilities with arenaflex products and services
* Utilizing smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
* Moving and hooking up arenaflex trucks and trailers
* Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
* Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services
* Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental
* Other duties as assigned by management

**Customer Service Representative Minimum Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

* Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
* High School Diploma or equivalent

**Work Environment**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that requires moderate risks or discomforts. You'll be required to take special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. You may also be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
