**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our members through incoming and outgoing calls
* Troubleshooting member issues and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Entering data accurately and efficiently to maintain our member database
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive member experience
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and in person
* Punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and attendance requirements
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a fitness or wellness environment
* Knowledge of fitness programs and services
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
