**Why You'll Love This Role**
As a member of the Flight Service Administration Group within the Customer Experience Division, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, including:
* Processing airline steward organization-related transactions, such as finance, time away cycles, family leave recodes, and setting up training and travel arrangements
* Handling telephone requests and performing various duties related to planning airline steward organization obligations in both the Semi-automated Business Exploration Climate (Saber) and Team Movement Global positioning framework (Felines)
* Understanding and explaining policies and procedures as per the AA/APFA Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement
* Managing a high volume of calls and communicating with various departments, including airline stewards, different levels of management, and the association addressing airline stewards
* Reporting conversation records with accuracy and as soon as possible
**What You'll Do**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing clear and concise information to clients and understanding issues presented over the phone, furnishing solutions as per policy and procedure
* Working collaboratively with directors and colleagues to resolve issues and make decisions
* Willing to work additional hours to address operational issues and flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Possessing strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization
**Favored Capabilities and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience working with a unionized workforce and knowledge of the airline steward JCBA
* Past call center or customer service experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Saber, DECS, and RES
* Ability to make independent decisions and work collaboratively with others
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
