**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Front End Services & Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and thanking customers with a smile
* Represent arenaflex in a positive and professional manner, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, bathrooms, and parking area
* Assemble and load trucks from the parking area, and operate equipment to move trucks from the parking area to inside the store
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Demonstrate a positive attitude and energy, even in challenging situations
* Perform multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling cash transactions, checking items, and counting change

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, customer service, hospitality)
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a retail or customer service environment
* Knowledge of cash handling procedures and policies
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Previous experience working with a diverse customer base
