**Key Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers through daily communication, resolving complex issues, and addressing customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Diagnosing customer needs and solving them at the point of contact, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to achieve their goals.
* Providing basic information about our homes and company processes and procedures to our customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our services and offerings.
* Daily interaction with each market's operations team to ensure customer requirements are met, and that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
* Resolving critical customer support issues in a timely manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
* Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of experience in customer service-related positions, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-call volume work environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
* Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced skills preferred.
* Detail-oriented, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and an ability to multitask.
