  • Explain customer rights and certain limitations as per contract, ensuring that customers are aware of their options and responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Client support experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
  • Experience in a production environment, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work a second or third shift schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
