**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality service to our members. Your responsibilities will include:

* Making phone calls and answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options
* Providing solutions to facilitate treatment and improving the overall experience of our members
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and ensure that our members receive the best possible care
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and regulations
* Working closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services

**Qualifications and Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
* Computer experience with Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
* Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
* Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
* Reliability and compliance with certain standards

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
