About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) Remote, you will:

  • Provide inbound customer support, greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
  • Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs by maintaining a strong customer focus.
  • Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.
  • Be efficient in navigating multiple systems.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
