Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at blithequark.   • Work with an experienced team that prioritizes its employees and customers
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Hourly compensation: $17-24hr

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Dispatching HVAC technicians to customer locations
  • Managing customer schedules and appointments
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working closely with our team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Great phone skills are required!
  • Light sales experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Customer service skills
  • Physical ability to sit for long periods of time
  • HVAC office experience a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of Service Titan and QuickBooks is a plus!

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment
  • Experience with HVAC dispatching software and systems
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and operations
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
