**Role Overview**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in connecting with our clients to understand their unique needs and provide them with personalized protection plans. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring clients receive the benefits they're entitled to, offering expert guidance every step of the way. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Educating clients on available benefits and helping them select the best protection plans
* Conducting client meetings via Zoom to review and enroll them in life, accident, and supplemental health coverage
* Maintaining strong relationships with all members and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
* Working with a team to support clients and share updates on new offerings or changes
* Meeting scheduling expectations and daily goals to ensure timely follow-up with clients
* Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and product changes to provide accurate information

**Key Responsibilities**

* Previous experience in client services or a consultative role is a plus
* High school diploma or GED – Required
* A license to sell insurance is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
